Terms and Conditions for Subscription Products
“Profitable Trader” and “Profitable Trader AI”

§1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) define the rules for using the digital products “Profitable
Trader” and “Profitable Trader AI” offered in a subscription model by PROFITABLE TRADER Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Katowice, Aleja Wojciecha Korfantego 138A, 40-156 Katowice, entered into the Register of
Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001204804, NIP: 6343063428 (hereinafter: the “Company”).
The Terms constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Client and the Company. Acceptance of
the Terms during the product purchase process is equivalent to a declaration that the Client has read the content of
the Terms and is fully aware that the products “Profitable Trader” and “Profitable Trader AI”
are exclusively educational in nature, do not constitute investment advice or investment
recommendations, and that their use is permitted only for educational purposes and exclusively on
DEMO accounts.
The products constitute digital content delivered electronically in a subscription model.

§2. Scope of Products
The Company offers two types of subscription products:
a) “Profitable Trader”, including:
• educational materials: Trading Basics, PSND, PAC, Money Flow
• access to the ALLINTRADERS community on the Discord platform,
• Live Trading Session 1 LVL,
• ALLin Tools – Basic
• and bonuses specified in §6.
b) “Profitable Trader AI”, including:
• educational materials: Trading Basics, PSND, PAC, Money Flow
• access to the ALLINTRADERS community on the Discord platform,
• Live Trading Session 1 LVL,
• ALLin Tools – Advanced
• ALLin Alert
• and bonuses specified in §6.
The products are provided exclusively in electronic form and do not have a physical form.

§3. Subscription Rules
The subscription model consists of paying for access to the product for a period of 30 days.
Each subsequent payment extends access for another 30 days.
Failure to make payment results in automatic suspension of access.
Access is activated immediately after the payment is credited.
By accepting these Terms, the Client agrees to the immediate commencement of service provision, which results in
the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 38 point 13 of the Act of 30 May
2014 on Consumer Rights.

§4. Price and payments
The current price of the product is always indicated in the order form available on the website
vod.allintraders.pl. The price may change, and the price binding for the Parties is the price indicated in
the order form at the moment of its submission.
Payments are made in advance via electronic payment systems
operated by payment service providers available on the website vod.allintraders.pl.
The purchase of the product “Profitable Trader” or “Profitable Trader AI” simultaneously constitutes confirmation by
the Client that they have read the Terms and that they understand that the offered materials and tools are
exclusively educational in nature. The Client declares that they will not be used for
investment purposes or on real (LIVE) accounts.

§5. Terms of use
The products may be used exclusively for the Client’s own use. Sharing them with third parties, copying, resale,
or distribution without the Company’s consent is prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to verify violations of the rules and, in the event of identifying a violation,
to immediately block access without the right to a refund of paid fees.
The Company bears no responsibility for investment decisions made by Clients based on
educational materials. The products are exclusively educational and do not constitute investment
advice or investment recommendations.
Stage-based unlocking of educational materials:
a) Access to educational materials within the subscription is provided gradually. Each subsequent
set of educational materials is unlocked after 30 days from the start of the subscription and
after each payment for the next subscription period.
b) An “active subscription” means an uninterrupted period of a paid subscription, while interruption
of the subscription, including its cancellation or lack of payment, results in suspension of further access
and unlocking of educational materials. After resuming the subscription, the process of unlocking
materials will continue from the point at which it was interrupted, depending on the length of the interruption period.
c) The Company reserves the right to change the schedule for providing educational materials,
of which the Client will be informed in advance.
All trading tools provided within the subscription, including Expert Advisors, are
exclusively educational in nature and may not be used on real (LIVE) accounts.
Use of these tools is entirely at the user’s own risk, who at the time of purchase
confirms that they have read the Terms and are aware that the products are intended
exclusively for educational purposes.

§6. Bonuses
Bonuses included in the products include:
– after 12 full periods of active subscription: a PLN 250 voucher for ALLinCAMP,
– a permanent -25% discount on all My Funding Account challenges,
– a $1000 Challenge account on the My Funding Account platform,
– a -10% discount on 1:1 consultations with a coordinator.
A condition for receiving bonuses is contacting the Company at the e-mail address

.
Bonuses are additional in nature and do not constitute the main service. Their fulfillment is carried out
according to the rules established by the Company and external partners.

§7. Subscription cancellation
The Client has the right to cancel the subscription at any time.
Cancellation may be carried out independently by the Client by canceling the subscription in the
Client panel on the website vod.allintraders.pl or by contacting the Company at the e-mail address:
support@allintraders.pl
.
Cancellation does not entitle the Client to a refund for the already paid subscription period.
§8. Withdrawal from the contract and refunds
By accepting these Terms, the Client declares that they request immediate access to digital content,
which results in the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 38 point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act.
After access is activated, the Client has no right to withdraw from the contract or receive a refund.
In the event of technical problems, the Company undertakes to remove them immediately.

§9. Complaints
The Client has the right to submit complaints regarding the operation of the products to the e-mail address:
support@allintraders.pl
, in writing to the Company’s registered office address, or by phone at
+48 222 662 111.
The complaint should include a description of the problem and data identifying the Client.
The Company considers complaints within 14 business days.

§10. Liability
The Company bears no responsibility for any investment decisions made by
users based on educational materials. The products offered by the Company do not constitute
investment recommendations, financial advice, or services related to conducting investment activity.
The Client bears full responsibility for decisions made as a result of using the products,
which are exclusively educational in nature, and the Company bears no responsibility for the consequences
of the practical application of tools provided within the subscription.
The products do not constitute investment recommendations or investment advisory services within the meaning of
applicable law.

§11. Final provisions
The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms. Amendments take effect on the date of their publication
on the website vod.allintraders.pl.
The Company will inform the Client prior to publishing changes.
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular
the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish court
competent for the Company’s registered office, and Polish law shall apply.
